Check us before you talk to us.

We approach practice owners who have never heard of us, using their own public filings. That earns a certain amount of scepticism. Here is everything you need to establish who we are, without asking us.

What we are — and are not.

We are

A third-party administrator. We design plans, run the annual testing, keep the legal documents current, and file with the government.

We are not

An investment adviser, a broker-dealer, or a seller of funds or insurance. We do not manage money and take no commission from anyone who does.

We never custody

Plan assets stay with your custodian and recordkeeper. We never hold, touch, or move plan money — at any point, for any reason.

We are paid once

A flat annual fee, invoiced by us, disclosed before you engage. No asset charges, no revenue sharing, no third-party payments.

Verify the work, too.

  1. 01

The data we quote about your plan is your own Form 5500, a public record. Look it up on the DOL's EFAST2 search and read the same lines we read.

  2. 02

The population figures we publish — plan counts, averages, the pension-layer gap — come from one stated screen of that dataset. The methodology is published in full.

  3. 03

Our fees and disclosures are on the site before you speak to anyone. Read them here.

  4. 04

The people behind the firm are named, with their real histories. Meet them here.

Who checks the work.

Before any design reaches a client, it is reviewed by a credentialed QPA. Cash-balance certifications are signed by an enrolled actuary. Ask us for their names and credentials on the first call — we will give them to you.

Checked us out? Send the plan name.

No fee for the call. No obligation. If the numbers don't hold for your situation, we'll say so on the call.
